FAAR Industry becomes Kvaser representative

Kvaser enlists the help of automotive specialist FAAR Industry to meet French demand for CAN interfaces

Mölndal, Sweden – 11th May, 2010

Kvaser AB, a developer and manufacturer of Controller Area Network (CAN) interfaces and CAN-related solutions, today announced that it has signed Technical Associate and Qualified Reseller agreements with FAAR Industry, in order to expand Kvaser’s presence within the French automotive market. 

Kvaser’s global network of Technical Associates and Resellers serve engineers employing CAN networks in a wide range of industries, including avionics, domestic appliances, industrial automation, medical and marine. However, the automotive sector remains the largest of Kvaser’s end markets, and with France boasting two of the world’s top 10 car manufacturers – PSA Peugeot Citroen and Renault-Dacia-Samsung – as well as hundreds of tier one and smaller suppliers, France represents a key sales territory for Kvaser.
