Kvaser CANlib 3.7 released

CANlib 3.7 is now released.

The new release includes new code samples, support for new hardware (single-channel PCIcan II, and USBcan HS/SWC), support for CAN messages with Data Length Code larger than 8, and a bunch of bug fixes.
