Support for 1041/1041-opto dongles.

Unused dongle pins set as output instead of input, serial break
interrupts explictly disabled, and the keyboard input handling was
removed to improve noise immunity.

Bus load statistics could be overwritten if two requests were pending
simultaneously. This happened at very high bus loads only (around 4000
messages/second)
