		Problem  When Vector CANalyzer is started up, the following error message appears: "CANalyzer not allowed with HW version (software protection with CAN board): 0" When Kvaser Navigator is started up, the following message appears: "An appropriate license is missing"
		Solution Kvaser Navigator and Vector CANalyzer require a special license, which is purchased separately, in the LAPcan (USBcan, PCIcan...) board. To obtain information about purchasing such licenses, please contact sales@kvaser.com. Additional information You can see what licenses are enabled in your CAN hardware by opening the "CAN Driver" configuration window from the Control Panel. Select the card press the "Hardware Info" button. You will now see a window with the card's serial number, firmware version and currently enabled licenses.
