Support Note Firmware updates   This Support Note contains information for users who wish to upgrade their firmware. 1. Present firmware version. Open the Control Panel and double-click on the "Kvaser Hardware" icon. Use "Kvaser Hardware" to see the present firmware version. 2. Release Notes. Go to the Release Notes Area [Support -> Release Notes] and look for firmware updates for your device. If you want information about future updates, subscribe to our newsletter.  3. Latest firmware versions. Latest firmware versions for all your Kvaser hardware are available at our Software Download Area [Support -> Download]. If you got the Kvaser CD, you might find it there.  4. Upgrade instructions. To upgrade the firmware, go back to the Support Notes Index and read the "How to upgrade firmware" note. If you update the firmware, we recommend that you also upgrade your drivers. Kvaser Memorator users should also update their setup and file conversion tool to the latest version.   Contact our Support Team.
