Support Note
		Problem  I can not upgrade the firmware of my LAPcan card.
		Solution 1. Make sure that you drivers are properly installed (click here for instructions). Preferably also install the latest ones. 2. Swap PCMICA-slot for the LAPcan card on your PC (=change slot, this is most likely the problem). 3. Run the firmware upgrade program once more.
