Support Note Read the licenses on your Kvaser hardware Use "Kvaser Hardware" to read the licenses on your Kvaser hardware.  The software licensing information is vendor specific. Presently, only licensing information about tools from Vector Informatik and Kvaser Navigator can be displayed. However, it is not possible to buy the Kvaser Navigator Software tool from Kvaser anymore. 1. "Kvaser Hardware". In the Control Panel, double click on the icon labeled "Kvaser Hardware", shown in the picture below.  2. Licensing information. In the menu, select "Devices". The panel window consist of two columns. If you got licenses on your hardware, you will see an icon labeled "Licenses" in the left column.  There you can see the licensing information for each Kvaser product.  In the example below, there are one Kvaser Leaf SemiPro and one Kvaser USBcan II connected to the PC. Only the Kvaser USBcan II have licenses for Vector Informatik tools and Kvaser Navigator. Since the Kvaser Leaf SemiPro have no licenses, it is not present under the "Licenses" icon. Press F1 for Help. If you are using CANalyzer/CANoe version 5.0 or higher, you will need two licenses bits on your Kvaser hardware, i.e. both CANalyzer and CANalyzer/CANoe >= 5.0.   Contact our Support Team.
