Support Note Set up and configuration program for Kvaser Memorator This note contains information about the system requirements for the two set up and configuration programs for Kvaser Memorator. These two versions are: "Kvaser Memorator Setup Tool" "Kvaser Configurator" We do recommend Kvaser Memorator Setup Tool. Kvaser Memorator Setup Tool is a completely new set up tool for Kvaser Memorator. Combined with new device firmware and drivers, this tool gives the Kvaser Memorator user a much improved GUI and support for more complex trigger conditions. Both programs contains a complete HTML Help Guide.  Futhermore, we do recommend a number of flash disk types for Kvaser Memorator. Read the "Recommended flash disk types for Kvaser Memorator" note. Please also read the Kvaser Memorator User's Guide which you find under "Support->Documentation"  Kvaser Memorator Setup Tool. Kvaser Memorator Setup Tool is available in our Software Download Area. This program contains the required firmware version and we do recommend driver version 3.8a [Software -> Downloads]. Kvaser Configurator. This set up program is superseded by Kvaser Configurator. But it is still available if you want to use it. This program requires firmware 2.5.260 (or higher) and CANLIB driver package driver version 3.7 (or higher).  Kvaser Configurator is available in our Software Download Area [Support->Downloads]. Please note that there are two packages available: "Kvaser Configurator (includes .NET framework setup)" "Kvaser Configurator The Kvaser Configurator program requires Microsoft's .NET framework V1.1 in order to run.
