Kvaser’s March 2019 Software Release

Python canlib package (pycanlib): General improvements including support for the new features in CANlib v5.27.

Kvaser Drivers for Windows SDK (canlib): A new version of the J2534 Driver expands its applicability to 64bit operating systems and adds functionality such as STmin and BS parameters for ISO 15765.
