A highly successful CAN FD seminar took place at the Shanghai Crowne Plaza in November, jointly organized by CAN in Automation (CiA), Kvaser and Hirain, a Kvaser Qualified Sales Representative. The event was expected to appeal to approximately 50 engineers, but almost 140 attendees showed up!

The speakers included Holger Zeltwanger, Managing Director of CiA, Mr. Xiao Kuan, Hirain’s Technical Director and Kent Lennartsson, Research Manager for Kvaser AB. Topics covered included an introduction to CAN FD, CANopen FD, J1939 and CAN FD flashing.
